Gold Standard Services is owner-run and holds a Michigan builder's license. Every job is quoted in writing before it begins, scheduled for a time that suits your household, and finished to the same standard we would accept in our own homes. The owner runs the work himself, so the builder you speak with is the builder who arrives.

Kitchen remodels typically run $15,000 to $45,000 with Gold Standard Services, depending on cabinetry, counters and how much of the layout moves. Larger custom kitchens can go higher — but you'll know the full number before the first cabinet is ordered.
Plan on roughly $25 to $50 per square foot depending on finishes, egress requirements and bathroom additions. A typical 600–1,000 sq ft basement finish lands between $18,000 and $45,000, quoted flat and in writing.
A new pressure-treated deck typically runs $20 to $40 per square foot built — a common 12×16 deck lands around $4,500 to $9,000 depending on height, railing and stairs. Deck repairs, board swaps and staining start around $300.
Drywall patches and water-damage repairs typically run $300 to $800 including finishing. A full-room repaint with clean lines and covered floors usually lands between $400 and $1,200 depending on room size and ceiling height.
Plank (luxury vinyl) flooring typically installs for $5 to $10 per square foot including materials — a standard bedroom usually lands between $1,000 and $2,500. Tile runs higher depending on the pattern and prep.
